In contrast to the traditional, somewhat basic, dwellings in nearby fishing villages, the award-winning X2 Kui Buri Resort is a chic and modern development crafted using beautiful natural stone and blonde wood in a natural and simplistic manner. Designed and built to be in harmony with the natural beauty of its surroundings, the resort has received a prestigious gold medal for architecture from the ARCASIA design awards and was awarded first place in a vote of Asia’s Top 5 Design Hotels by readers of Now Travel Asia magazine.
Built on approximately 4 acres that borders a stunning stretch of virgin beach, the resort has a 200m2 swimming pool for guests and a stylish ocean-front restaurant with iconic orange bar, which serves fantastic mojitos and late night cocktails. A range of modern and traditional spa treatments, using natural products, is available in the tranquil treatment rooms or beach pavilions.
With just 23 villas in total, guests can enjoy a touch of exclusivity and privacy in a fresh modern setting, without isolation. We would, however, recommend a car if you wish to explore the surrounding area.
All villas are luxuriously equipped with king size beds, rain showers, DVD/CD/ MP3 players and come with their own terrace and garden; many feature their own pools too.
